Items with excessive pet waste, blood, fleas, or other potentially hazardous contamination may be declined for the safety of our customers and their laundry.

Every pet-laundry order is a little different. Final pricing is based on the item’s size, weight, condition, fabric-care instructions, and selected services. Minimum pet laundry order is $20.

Can I choose my laundry preferences?
Absolutely. Hypoallergenic and fragrance-free detergent options, preferred wash temperatures, and air-dry or low-heat drying are available at no additional charge.
What if an item has heavy odor or excessive fur?
Additional odor and excess-fur treatments are available when an item needs a little extra care. Pricing is based on the item’s size, condition, and level of treatment required.
What products do you use for pet laundry?
We use carefully selected, botanical-based detergent options designed to provide an effective clean while being gentle on washable pet items. Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or special-care preferences when requesting service.
Do you accept heavily contaminated items?
For the safety of our customers and their laundry, we may be unable to accept items containing blood, excessive pet waste, fleas, or other potentially hazardous contamination. Please contact us before submitting an item if you are uncertain whether it can be accepted.
All pet items are processed with hypoallergenic, scent-free detergents that are strictly botanical-based. This prevents skin irritation and respiratory issues for sensitive breeds while providing a deep clean that removes deep-seated fur and dander.
